Hard to believe it is coming down to the last couple races, but next week we have the Western Maine Conference Championships. This is the last official race for the entire team. There may be one more team race that is put on for all conference teams between WMCC and States, but that has yet to be determined. It usually is a fun race where you get to bring out your best ski costume. :)

Wednesday Feb 7, 2:30 bus to Pineland Followed by waxing for half the team
Thursday Feb 8, 2:30 bus to Pineland Followed by waxing for the entire team

Friday Feb 9, 12:00 bus to Libby Hill, Gray
2:00 girls Classic race
3:00 - 3:30 boys Classic race
Saturday Feb 10, 8:00 bus to Starks Hill, Fryeburg
11:00 girls Skate race - Pursuit format
12:00 - 12:30 boys Skate race - Pursuit format
2:00 - 2:30?? Conference awards
After WMCC Coaches will sit down and put together the skiers who will be heading to Fort Kent for the State meet. I wish we could bring everyone, as the Holiday camp was so much fun, but we cannot. We will send out the state meet team Sunday night after the WMCC.
I will post the State meet calendar and details this weekend so everyone has a chance to plan whether you are racing or want to head up to cheer.
Elysha and I want to thank you all for such a fun and adventurous season so far. Let's go into the Championship season supporting each other to give your best. You can accomplish your goals if you don't lose focus now.
