Practices Feb 13 - 17

Practices are open to anyone wantting to join us, but I will be giving my attention mostly to those on the state team. I certainly would like to see you all out skiing.

The schedule for the week:
Chris and Lia will classic all week.
Julius and Emma will skate all week.

Monday Feb 13 - Day off! Do not ski or run just rest and relax on the couch and of course do some easy stretches.

Tuesday Feb 14 - 2:45 Bus to Pineland - SKATE

Wednesday Feb 15 - 2:45 bus to Pineland - SKATE

Thursday Feb 16 - 2:45 bus to Pineland - SKATE

Friday Feb 17 2:45 bus to Pineland - CLASSIC

Saturday Feb 18 11:00 practice, meet at Pineland - CLASSIC
If you have time we can clean and prep your skis after practice at Pineland

Sunday Feb 19 practice will be at Black Mt - CLASSIC

Monday Feb 20 - 5K CLASSIC RACE
10:00 course review then lunch1:30pm Girls

3:00pm Boys
