Bus leaves the High School at 1:00. Don't be late.
Wax your skate skis, Use Swix CH or LF 8 (red) or if using SkiGo use Skigo yellow.
When we get to Fryeburg everyone should get head to the start area. Get your bib before heading out for a warm-up.
Warmup by skiing the course especially focus on getting comfortable on the downhill.
get back in time to relax a few minutes before your start.
The race is a 4 man wave start.
This is a great time to challenge yourself. If there is a person in your group faster than you, work hard to stay with them as long as you can, draft as close as you can.
If you are the fastes skier then try to push it hard on the hill and drop all the other skiers so they are not drafting off you.
After the race it is important that everyone ski at least the course one more time before leaving.
We should have results before we leave.
Friday practice bus leaves at 2:45
Saturday practice is at 9:00 and we will meet at Pineland.
