Tuesday - skate
Melanie and Spencer will be leading practice Tuesday.
No pole ski 15 minutes
Ski with poles 15 minutes focusing on doing V2 the entire time
5 hill repeats on a short 15 to 30 second hill
30 minute continuous ski - moderate pace.
Wednesday will be a practice day - bus at 2:45
Thursday will be the race at Fryeburg. Bus at 1:00!!

Friday will be a classic day if we get the snow on Wednesday.
