Schedule for week of Jan 23:
Monday 2:45 bus to Pineland - Classic
Tuesday skate ski on your own - 30 minutes easy skate to prepare for Wed's race. End with 3 100 yrd double pole starts then 10 minute cool down
Wednesday 2:00 bus to Pineland - SKATE race Oakhill loop
Thursday 2:45 bus to Pineland if open. Skate ski. If not open then run from High school
Friday 2:45 bus to Pineland - Classic
Saturday - 7:15 bus to Rumford. Sassi classic race and J2 qualifier. Race starts at 11:00 Coaches mtg 9:00
Sunday ski on own, skate non stop 60 minutes End with double pole 15 minutes and 10 minute cool down
