Thursday 2:45 bus to Pineland if open. Skate ski. If not open then run from High school Bring skate skis in Pineland is open, Bring running shoes in case they are not open.
Friday 2:45 bus to Pineland - Classic Waxing after practice, at high school or possible pasta party at someone's home. VERY important to glide wax and clean and sandpaper your kick zone on your classic skis. Friday night we will put the base layer on your skis.
Saturday - 7:15 bus to Rumford. DON'T BE LATE!! Sassi classic race and J2 qualifier. Coaches mtg 9:00. Girls race starts at 11:00, boys start at 1:00
We will be back no later than 5pm Saturday
Sunday ski on own, skate moderate pace non stop 60 minutes End with double pole 15 minutes and 10 minute cool down
