Don't forget to get out this weekend and do some 60 to 90 minute trail running with poles and of course core exercises, planks, crunches, supermans and pullups.
Though, there may be snow Friday morning. If we get enough get out and ski as much as you can. It only takes a couple inches to ski on a golf course or a mowed field.
If you left your poles in the school you better get them friday if the school is open. Don't leave them at School all break.
If you are attending the Holiday camp please be there a little before 10 am.
Make sure you bring the following :
Classic skis, boots, poles and straps
Skate skis boots, poles and straps
warm skiing clothes. 2 sets
2 pair of gloves
hat
Warm over-coat
running shoes
Sunglasses
Suncream
any food you need for a specific diet
Waterbottle and hip pack to carry it or camelback
