The roads are very slippery today, so practice is optional.
I'd rather have everyone stay home and be safe than risk slipping off the road trying to get to practice.
Today's practice is is a long distance day.
Walk/jog WITH POLES for 75 minutes with breaks every 15 minutes for calithenics, crunches, planks, pushups, pullups.
Do this on your own if the roads do not get better and you stay home.
See everyone Tuesday.
Bring skis Tuesday in case the snow accumulates and we can ski at Pineland.
