Pineland is closed until further notice. That said, we will have dryland practice tomorrow at FHS. There WILL still be practice tomorrow - make sure that you attend. Bring dryland training clothes and sneakers. We will go for an easy run, followed by strength. If you are unable to run because of an injury bring rollerskis and be prepared to participate in strength.
We acknowledge the disappointment over having a dryland practice in January, however we will be on snow most of the week.
Wednesday will still be a race day, likely at Starks Hill in Fryeburg (this will be confirmed tomorrow at the end of practice).
Saturday's race has been moved to Sugarloaf.
Sunday will still be an optional practice at Black Mountain (we will discuss this at the end of practice tomorrow).
