Please remember the bus leaves at 8am Saturday. Be there early so we can load and leave by 8.
If we leave late it just cuts down on warm-up time and time to get ready so don't be late.Please bring a snack and water for the bus ride up, in addition to your skis, boots, poles and extra clothes.
The entire team will be staying for the awards after the race so please don't take off with your parents unless you have an emergency. I hope to leave Bethel by 3pm.
If you are recovering from an injury and not racing I would like you to join us on the bus so you can at least get some skiing in and cheer on your teammates.
If you are sick with the cold or flu then you need to stay home and rest so you recover quicker and do not contaminate others.
